When I connected with the BDSM community in 2008, I found so much more than a way to engage my kinks: a place to explore BDSM as well as my deepest human nature. For me, kink is not only sexual, but spiritual, emotional, and psychological, as well as a profound path for self- and other-exploration; in other words: intimacy, which may be my biggest kink. With years of mentoring, ministering, coaching, and teaching under my belt, I'm excited to share my ever expanding knowledge and experience with Dominant Guide readers, in a mutual learning process with you and the whole kink community. Rev was the lead author for Dominant Guide from 2012 to 2015

    Rev:
I so look forward to you posts, they never fail to inform and entertain me. As I have newly discovered and started to act on my Dominate side particularly in the real world ( as you would say more on that in a moment) I find all you say about Femdom here applies to me as well. I started my Dominate Journey in a place called Second Life, The joy of Second Life is that you can quite literately be what ever you want and if you do like it be something else.
But just as you said there were many many stereo-types Of which I did not want to fall.

But the question I have is in your mind other that gender is there consistent diffreence in the approach of a female Dom and a Male Dom?

There being no difference male to female was and now is my impression. as for Second Life, well I am sure there are other much more qualified and eloquent than I to expound on that. It is a very interesting place, and as diverse and varied and Real life. I has a large and active BDSM/Kink community in fact , by all accounts, the highest grossing business in Second Life is sex.
