    I too have top guilt! so much that Ive been trying to make myself less dominant sexually, if that is even possible? It causes me to have much guilt and shame.

    I’d like to add some things here if I may, I speak for myself and another who often co-Doms with me. To help ameliorate Top Drop and Top Guilt we find that eating right after a play date/play party is essential (protein and carb loading is helpful for body and mind). So too is checking in with our play partners days after play (physical/mental health check up). If possible hanging out with play partner for positive playtime/cuddle time after the scene to reaffirm your bond. Personally, I MUST create something by hand as a way to process the scene and my Top Drop/Top Guilt (I usually do this while watching/listening to a comedy). Co-Dom fixes things for the same reason. Getting out of the house and being around friends is also important when facing Top Guilt, if you have kinky friends, all the better. Try different things until you find a combination that works best for you. I hope this helps.
